We have a great tour and lunch set for Wednesday, October 10, 2018. We will tour the National Forensic Science Technology Center (NFSTC) in Pinellas County. The address is:

We did this tour two years ago and it was a great experience! We will meet in the lobby area at 10:15 AM to pick up our badges. Each person needs a badge.

The tour will be given by the CEO, who is a forensic chemist AND a member of the ACS!

The Senior Chemists had a tour of TestAmerica Tampa Labs on June 22, 2018. 17 people attended and after the tour they had lunch at the Great Eats Sandwich Company in Tampa. A good time was had by all.
We met at the Sun Hydraulics facility
After the tour, we met at Fuzzy's Taco Shop.
The Senior Chemists tour took place on September 26th, 2017. The tour took place at the Windward Design and Outdoor Furniture Manufacturer.

Our Senior Chemists are up to it again!
They challenged the public to stump them with their toughest chemistry questions. Using money awarded to them with a Senior Chemists Mini-Grant that was awarded by the national ACS, our chemists set up a table outside of Panera Bread and had a good cup a coffee, good conversations, and a few laughs.

Our Senior Chemists met at the Tampa Bay Seawater Desalination PLant in Gibsonton, Florida on January 23, 2015 for a tour of the plant. Afterwards, they enjoyed lunch at Circles Waterfront Restaurant. Thanks to Russ Odland for organizing the event!
